How to open a return request
- Go to the Return Request and Tracking Area, look up the order you want to return and submit your request selecting the product.
- Wait for our return confirmation. You can track your return status in the Return Request and Tracking Area.
- Once confirmed, ship the product following the instructions provided.
- We recommend sending the parcel with a tracking code, so the return can be traced in case of any issue.
- We will issue the refund using the same payment method as your order, within 14 days of receiving the goods.
