- All international orders are shipped with DHL.
- All customers get a tracking number so they can follow their package during the whole transit time.
DHL EXPRESS delivers your package to your door between 08:00-19:00 (local time) and is only delivered if someone is there to sign for the package.

- Domestic (Italy) €10 - 1 to 2 working days
- Europe From € 18 - 2 to 4 working days
- North America From € 35 - 2 to 3 working days (Price for one product)
- Rest of the World From € 40 - 2 to 4 working days (Price for one products)

- DHL makes three attempts to deliver your package. If you’re not home on the first attempt the next attempt will be on the following day.
- DHL does not deliver on weekends or local holidays.
- It is not possible to have a shipping address that differs from the billing address.
International customers outside the EU (European Union), please note that in some cases you might be subjected to customs, import taxes or brokerage fee when ordering from us at SUEDE, please check with your local customs office for your local rules and regulations. We deduct VAT for international orders.
Returns & Replacements
- We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return for refund.
- If you'd like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don't pack and ship the order.
How to open an Return Request:
- Go on the Return Request and Tracking Area, look up for the order you want to return.and submit your return request selecting the product you want to return.
- Wait a few days. We will notify you whan the parcel will arrive in our warehouse. You can track your return' status on the Return Request and Tracking Area.
- Wait for our return confirmation, then ship the product you want to return following the instruction provided on the Return Request and Tracking Area.
- When we confirmation the return, ship the product at Via del Mandrione 107
- We will issue a refund by the same payment method as your order.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- The item have to be un-used and in new condition.
- For example; do not send caps in envelopes and don't label any shoe boxes, that will end with you not getting a full refund.
- Both the returned item AND the packaging has to be in un-used as new condition, if the package is damaged we will charge a fee of at least 20% of the value of the merchandise.
- We will either exchange the returning item(s) and send it to you freight-free or refund your money.
SUEDE does not refund shipping costs.
If you place an order and refuse the package when it arrives, you will not get a full refund for your order. You will be charged with the costs of the shipping fees, and also with an additional penalty fee of 10% of the orders value. Itailan law applies to your contract when you purchase with us at suede-store.com.
